Sterling Woods ... is an 11 lot subdivision in Southbury CT. located off Reservoir Rd between exits 15 and 16 of I-84. The subdivision does have a list of regulations and restrictions governing the style and size of homes. They should be 3000 square feet minimums, siding shall be a mixture of sidings and either brick or stone fascia, the lots all range from 1.5 acres to 2.5 acres.
